Concentration Issues

Concentration or attention issues can affect a large number of people. Sometimes poor concentration is categorised as attention deficit disorder depending on the degree of severity. When people are affected by an under-performing cerebellum they generally experience overload in the brain’s processing capacity, which makes it very difficult for them to maintain focus and very often they become easily distracted.

Poor concentration is a common symptom of learning and attention disorders and this can lead to self-esteem issues as those affected are often labelled as ‘lazy’. Many of those affected actually have to work harder than anyone else just to maintain concentration.

Mental fatigue is also a side effect of poor concentration, and is seen in around 70 percent of people we help. Concentrating on mental processing, for example reading and writing, can cause exhaustion in the brain because these skills cannot be performed automatically.

By stimulating the cerebellum using exercises, we are able to relieve exhaustion by enhancing the brain’s processing capacity. Problems with concentration dramatically improve because the cerebellum begins to function correctly therefore skills can be performed effortlessly and are less affected by distraction.
